It features nine deluxe suites, some with private pools and the rest with a common pool, spacious interiors and impressive paintings and handicrafts, which transform the property into a living art project. Ideally serene and only a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of Kallithea’s village center, we offer a haven where people can come to relax, revel, dream and soak up the laid-back vibes.

The Greek word “philoxenia” (hospitality) derives from “philo” meaning “friend” and “xenos” meaning “stranger or foreigner”.
THE ORIGINS
The word “olvion” derives from the ancient, Homeric word “olvos”,which refers to euphoria, joy and happiness, resulting from divine grace. Homer writes “Zeus gives olvos (happiness) to people”. Since we are very close to the ancient sanctuary of Ammon Zeus, we hope that Homer’s saying will be verified and that you will have a joyous and divine stay with us.

Our normal check-in time is after 15.00 pm and the latest check-out is 11.00 a.m. Specific arrangements can be made on special occasions at small extra charge.

Shades of natural colors juxtapose darker greys and pair to create a perfect place to unwind and feel at peace.
